getting started with prenatal yoga
You might think, like many people today, that you need special equipment to start doing yoga. But you don't. You don't need a mat, or fancy yoga clothes. You need only a little bit of time each day. I say each day because its important to create a regular practice, not necessarily a long complicated practice. So, start today. Set aside 10 minutes for yourself. Sit down either in a chair or on the floor in a space that feels comfortable for you, and notice how you feel. Close your eyes and notice how your breath feels flowing through your nostrils
Moms! Are you interested in prenatal yoga? All you need to start your practice is a desire to connect with your baby and empower youself to have a peaceful birth. You don't need lots of time or equipment. Setting aside a little time each day to be silent and aware is the best gift you can give yourself and your baby. . That's all you need to begin!
